1. Product Description and Supply

1.1. Each Sleeper Pond Kit is a bespoke, made-to-order product, tailored to the specifications agreed upon at the point of order.

1.2. Upon receipt of full payment and confirmation of order, materials are procured, and the manufacturing process begins. As such, the kits are non-returnable and non-refundable after 48 hours from confirmation and payment (see Section 5 for Cancellation terms).

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Full payment is required at the point of order to confirm production.

2.2. Kits are shipped to the client once completed. Delivery costs (if applicable) will be quoted separately or included in the final invoice.

3. Turnaround Times and Lead Times

3.1. Standard lead time for the supply of the Sleeper Pond Kit is 3 to 5 weeks from confirmation of order and receipt of full payment.

3.2. This timeframe is dependent on material availability and current production schedule. Lead times may vary during periods of high demand.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Due to the bespoke nature of the Sleeper Pond Kits, cancellations are only permitted within 48 hours of placing the order and making payment.

4.2. After 48 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable, as materials will have been ordered and production scheduled.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. The client is responsible for arranging any installation or setup of the kit. We do not offer installation services for Supply-Only orders.

5.2. The client must ensure the site is properly prepared before receiving the kit. This includes ensuring adequate space, level ground, and any necessary utilities or infrastructure (such as electricity, water supply, etc.).

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. Sleeper Pond Kits are covered by a 12-month structural warranty, subject to proper use and installation.

6.2. We are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect site preparation, installation, or third-party modifications.

7. General

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country or Region].
